Science for Everyone is a group created in 2018. Everyone interested in science and nature is welcome, no special previous knowledge is required.

We meet on the 2nd Monday of the month at 2 p.m.

This Group is currently meeting via Zoom

Some meetings will be visits to museums etc, and will take place at the same time where possible, but we might also choose to attend one-off events on other days/times.

9 Sep: Trip on the steam powered Bo'ness & Kinneil Railway, with a visit to the Museum of Scottish Railways

13 Oct: Anthropology 1 - How modern humans coped with the Ice Age, linguistic anthropology, anthropologists, Homo Floresiensis

10 Nov: Anthropology 2 - Evolution of appearance & stature of humans, Scottish Crannog Centre, Dutch colonisation of Indonesia, gift giving
