Visits take place on the second Wednesday of each month between October and April at various locations. This is usually an afternoon event but sometimes circumstances make it more convenient to have a morning visit. Members usually have lunch together either before or after the visit. The term Art Appreciation has a wide interpretation and visits can be to a gallery, historic building or museum. Suggestions for future visits are always welcome.
In the summer months, this group becomes the Garden Visit Group.

13 Mar - The Great Tapestry of Scotland, Galashiels - this museum was built especially to house the tapestry, which tells the history of Scotland with embroidered panels.
