The next Garden Visit, and last of the season, will be to Glasgow Botanic Gardens, 730 Great Western Road, Glasgow G12 0UE on Wednesday 10th September.

There is free entry to all parts of the gardens and if the weather is less than kind, there are a number of glasshouses where we could take shelter.

My recommendation is that you use public transport.  The nearest Subway station is Hillhead, stated to me 8 minutes walk away.  There are buses and it's best to check yourself if you prefer to take the bus and also check routes and parking,  if you plan to drive.  Remember that Glasgow operates LEZ so you will be charged a fee if your car is not LEZ compliant.

There is a cafe that appears to be reasonably priced so we can have lunch there.
